Swim Clinic

A strong start begins with confidence. That’s why Peaks Maastricht Swim works together with Nature Sports & Events to help you prepare in the best possible way.

Together, we organize a focused open water swim clinic in Maastricht (Fun Valley), where you work on technique, navigation, and confidence in the water. So you can stand at the start feeling prepared and at ease.

Swim Clinic – Saturday, May 9

The Swim Clinic is organized by Nature Sports & Events in collaboration with Tri Center Maastricht. During this workshop, you will learn how to swim safely and confidently in open water, so you are well prepared for your swim.

You will receive practical tips on:

  • navigating in open water
  • choosing the right clothing and nutrition
  • handling a mass start
  • improving your swim technique

Theory and practice are combined, so you can immediately apply what you learn in the water.

Program:

  • 10:00 – Arrival and welcome (with changing facilities)
  • 10:30 – Start of the clinic with explanations and tips from experienced coaches
  • 11:30 – Transfer to the water
  • 12:00 – Open water swim practice
  • 13:00 – End

Afterwards, there is an opportunity to shower and change at Nature Sports & Events.

This clinic is intended for beginner swimmers and participants who want to build extra confidence in open water.

Participation fee: €10 per person
